Limeybirder

I had a very cool encounter with this small, beautiful snake yesterday while walking the trails at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee. There are three sub-species of ribbon snake in Florida; Eastern, Peninsula and Bluestripe. This one is either an Eastern or a Peninsula Ribbon Snake but I’m not which. I shot some video with my DSLR, which you can view on my YouTube Channel. If anyone knows which subspecies it is I’d sure appreciate a comment.
